Tuition and Fees
Tuition is charged per credit hour whenever a student takes a course. There are no annual or monthly fees.
Fees 2022/2023
*discount for employees of AEM (Association of Evangelical Missions, Germany) mission organizations and of the Ev. Brüdergemeinde Korntal. Available for employees of individual Swiss mission agencies, please inquire: reveal this.
5-Pack Discount
If you enroll in 5 courses which are taken within 12 months: 50% discount on the 5th course taken.
Spouse discount
On Bachelor/Master level: For every regular course one spouse takes, the other spouse may recieve a 20% discount on their course fees, if both courses take place during the same academic year. Please check the appropriate box on the registration form!
Registration Deadline and Late Registration:
The registration deadline ends 4 weeks before the start of the on-campus-period.
Late registration is possible until 14 calendar days before the start of the on-campus-period and includes the subsequent late registration fee of €20,00.
We send out bills for tuition fees at the beginning of the on-campus-period.
Online Fee
Courses that are offered - partially or fully - online incur an online fee of €30,00. This includes license fees and additional personnel expenses for provision and support related to this course format.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellations unfortunately incur costs. In case of cancellations we will refund or charge:
- Up to 4 weeks before the start of the on-campus-period: no costs incur.
- Up to 1 day before the start of the on-campus-period: invoicing of 25% of the course tuition fees plus registration fees (and if applicable online fees).
- Withdrawal due to medical reasons or Covid 19 (with medical certificate): No invoicing of course tuition fees, only of registration fees (€40).
- With the start of the on-campus-period or after: No refund or full invoicing.
Registration fees as well as late registration fees are never refunded.

If your stay is longer than one course, please contact our reception desk (reveal this). There are reduced prices for our long term guests.
